1. Information we collect

When you submit a booking or callback request form, we collect the details you choose to provide:

• Your name and mobile number
• Event details such as package, event type, date, guest count, service hours and city
• Any notes or beverage requests you add

If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone call or Instagram, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals
• To plan and deliver mobile bar and event services you request
• To contact you about your booking

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Form submissions and service providers

Form submissions are transmitted to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers them to our team. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the location map is embedded from Google Maps and images are hosted with the website, and the visitor counter contacts a third-party counting service (CountAPI), so your browser may connect to those services when you view the site. Their own privacy policies apply to their handling of data.

4. Local storage on your device

This website stores two small items in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme preference (caskTheme) and the last visitor total it received (caskVisitTotal, so the footer can still show a number if the counting service is slow). While you use our enquiry forms, a short-lived session record (caskLastSend, session storage) is also kept to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. These stay on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

The visitor count shown in the page footer is a global tally kept by a third-party counting service. It is contacted when you view the website (visiting the home page adds one to the tally; other pages only read the current total) and may receive your IP address as part of that request; we do not use it to identify you.

The Home and Client Reviews pages load a widget from Trustindex (cdn.trustindex.io) that displays our public Google reviews. Trustindex and Google may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when the widget loads; please see their privacy policies. Apart from these embedded services, such as the widget and Google Maps, the site itself does not set cookies.

5. Sharing of information

We share personal information only with service providers needed to operate the website or deliver your event, or where required by law.

6. Data retention and security

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our business and legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its updated date.
