Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Reference copy. This page reproduces, for convenience, the Terms & Conditions that we provide in print and that the Host signs when purchasing a package. This website is a guide and brochure only and does not itself form a contract. If this page and the signed printed copy differ, the signed copy prevails.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern every booking for mobile bar, bartending and flair bartending services made with CASK & Co. (“we”, “us”), Mandalam, Naduvil, New Naduvil, Keralam 670582, India, and, for reference, the use of this website. By signing the printed copy and paying the Advance, the Host agrees to these Terms together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Non-Discrimination & Inclusion Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
- Host: the person or organisation that books our services.
- Event: the occasion at which our services are provided.
- Services: the bartending team, mobile bar counter, glassware, ice, mixers, syrups, garnishes, tools and any add-ons in the confirmed booking.
- Venue: the place where the Event is held.
- Quote: our written price for the Services, including any provisional estimate once confirmed after consultation.
- Advance: the part payment that secures your booking.
2. Our services
We provide mobile bar and bartending services, including craft cocktails, zero-proof mocktails and, where booked, live flair bartending, for weddings, parties, corporate events and similar occasions. Package contents are described on our Services page. Anything not listed in your confirmed booking is not included.
3. Dry-hire: alcohol is arranged by the Host
CASK & Co. is a dry-hire service. We do not sell, supply or retail alcohol, and no payment to us is a payment for alcohol. The Host must procure all alcohol lawfully and independently. We may decline to serve any alcohol that appears not to have been lawfully obtained.
4. Licences, permissions and legal compliance
Our services follow the Kerala Abkari Act and state excise regulations. The Host is solely responsible for obtaining every licence, permit or permission needed for the Event and the Venue, and for informing us of them before the Event. We may ask to see proof. If a required licence or permission is missing, we may decline or stop alcohol service; mocktail service may continue, and the agreed charges remain payable.
5. Minimum age for alcohol
We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 23 years of age, and our bartenders may ask for valid photo ID. This applies even if the Host or a guest asks us to make an exception. The Host must ensure that no alcohol the Host provides is made available to anyone under 23.
6. Responsible service and right of refusal
We do not encourage excessive or competitive drinking. Our bartenders may refuse or stop service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or who behaves in an aggressive, abusive or unsafe way. Such decisions are made on conduct and safety only, as set out in our Non-Discrimination & Inclusion Policy.
7. Quotes and bookings
The estimator and price figures on this website are provisional and are not an offer. We confirm the final Quote after a consultation. A booking is confirmed only when the Host signs the printed Terms & Conditions and we receive the Advance. Until then we do not hold the date.
8. Pricing
Package rates are shown on our Services page: a base rate covers 25 guests and 4 hours of service, each additional block of 25 guests is charged at the package’s per-block rate, and each extra hour of service is ₹3,000. Add-ons and Bespoke services are quoted individually. Prices may change for seasonal and technical reasons before a Quote is confirmed. After confirmation, the price in the Quote applies. Taxes, if applicable, will be stated in the Quote.
9. Payments
The Advance is payable to confirm the booking. The balance is payable on the date stated in the confirmed Quote. We may withhold or pause service where payment due is outstanding.
10. Guest numbers and service hours
Our packages start at 25 guests and 4 hours. Please tell us the expected guest count as early as you can and inform us of any increase promptly, as extra bartenders and stock depend on availability. Service ends at the agreed time. Extensions are subject to availability and the extra hourly rate.
11. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before 36 hours of the Event. The Advance is then refunded, less deductions for stock ordered and logistical expenses incurred. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Host responsibilities
- Give our team reasonable access to the Venue and enough time and space to set up and clear down, with any basic facilities agreed with us in advance (for example a level setup area and a power point).
- Keep the Venue safe for guests and for our team.
- Be responsible for the conduct of all guests and for guests’ safe travel home, including arranging designated drivers or transport.
- Give us accurate information about your Event, Venue, licences and guest numbers.
13. Venue, setup and weather
For outdoor Events the Host should provide suitable shelter for the bar. We may adjust the setup, or pause service, where weather or Venue conditions make it unsafe or unhygienic.
14. Menu, ingredients and allergens
Our menu is as shown on this website and in your Quote. Ingredients, brands and garnishes may be substituted with items of similar quality where availability requires. Please tell us in advance about any allergies or dietary requirements. Our drinks are prepared in a shared bar area with shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee that any drink is free of any allergen. Zero-proof mocktails are made without alcohol.
15. Flair bartending and performance safety
Flair bartending needs clear space, good lighting and a safe, dry surface. We may modify or skip a performance if crowd position, flooring, glassware or other conditions make it unsafe. Guests must keep a safe distance from the bar during performances and must not interfere with a performance.
16. Equipment, glassware and property
All bar equipment and glassware provided by us remain our property. The Host is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal use that is caused by guests or by the Venue, and we may charge the replacement or repair cost.
17. Safety and withdrawal of service
If our team faces abuse, harassment, threats or unsafe conditions, we may stop service and withdraw from the Event. In that case the charges for the Event remain payable.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consumption of alcohol by guests, for guests’ conduct, intoxication or injury, for post-event travel or vehicle incidents, or for loss of personal belongings at the Event. Our total liability for any Event is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services for that Event. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any right you have as a consumer.
19. Host indemnity
The Host is legally responsible for guest conduct at the Venue. The Host will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from the conduct of guests, from the Host’s breach of these Terms, from licences or permissions the Host was responsible for, or from alcohol supplied by the Host, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
20. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities and severe weather, government orders and alcohol service restrictions (including declared dry days), civil unrest, accidents, strikes or the sudden unavailability of the Venue. Where such an event stops us delivering the Services, we will offer an alternative date where possible, or refund the Advance less stock and logistical costs already irrecoverably incurred, as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
21. Photography
We may photograph or film the bar setup, drinks and our team to show our work. We will not publish identifiable images of guests without consent. If you would prefer no photography, tell us in writing before the Event.
22. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, logo, design and menu descriptions, belongs to CASK & Co. or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
23. Using this website
- This website is a reference guide and brochure. We take care to keep information accurate, but it may change and does not create a contract.
- The estimator is provisional, and submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
- The visit count on the home page is an automatic tally of page loads, including repeat visits and refreshes, and is shown for information only.
- Do not misuse the website, including by sending spam or automated or false enquiries.
24. Third-party services and links
This website uses third-party services such as Web3Forms, Google Fonts, Google Maps and CountAPI, and links to WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
25. Privacy and communications
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By enquiring, you agree that we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry or booking.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The printed version signed by the Host applies to that booking. The latest reference copy is always on this page with its updated date.
27. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a concern arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Kannur, Kerala have jurisdiction over disputes.
28. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Quote and the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between us and the Host for the Event.
