Rent a Mobile Bar Counter and Glassware: Support for Fellow Bartenders

Not every bartender owns a professional counter. If you run events of your own and want a polished setup without the cost of building one, you can rent our mobile bar counters and glassware.

Who rental is for

We rent to fellow bartenders, catering teams and event planners who deliver their own service but need professional equipment. It suits freelancers starting out, teams with a one-off project and companies that would rather not store a counter all year.

Our counters and glassware are made to be used, and we are glad to see them used well.

What you can rent

  • The 18-foot mobile bar counter, built from three modular units with hinge technology.
  • Crystal glassware and standard glassware, so you can choose elegance or practicality.
  • Equipment to present the counter well, discussed when you enquire.

Why a modular counter helps

The counter goes up in under ten minutes, so you can arrive, build and test before guests walk in. Its three units fit through doors, lifts and narrow lanes, and its strong materials carry the weight of ice, bottles and tools without wobbling. You can read more in our post on the 18-foot modular bar.

Planning your rental

Tell us the event date, the venue, the number of guests and the glassware you need. We will confirm availability and discuss rates, delivery and handling in advance. Because our own events keep us busy, early enquiries are always best.

Think about layout before the day. Choose a position that is visible, close to power, near water and ice and clear of walkways, and measure doors and lifts where access is tight.

Questions to ask before renting

  • How many units does the counter come in, and will they fit through your venue's doors and lifts?
  • What glassware is available, and how many pieces do you need for your guest count?
  • Who will transport the counter, and when will it arrive and leave?
  • How should the counter be cleaned and packed after use?
  • What happens if something is damaged, and how is that agreed in advance?
  • Is the date free, and how early should you confirm it?

Looking after the equipment

Good glassware lasts when it is washed gently, dried with a clean cloth and packed with protection. Keep ice and liquid away from joins in the counter, wipe surfaces after service and never stand heavy items on the edges.

If you would rather have our team run the bar, the services page explains the full-service packages.

Using the counter on the day

Assemble the counter on level ground and check that the units sit flush before loading anything. Stock heavy items low and keep fragile glasses at a safe distance from the edge. Set up a clear station for ice, a separate area for used glasses and a bin for garnish waste.

Rehearse the setup once if you can. A first-time assembly under pressure is harder than one you have done before.
