Private Parties Bartending & Mobile Bar in North Kerala
Private parties are about atmosphere: a villa evening, a farewell, an anniversary or a beach house gathering with friends. CASK & Co. brings the bar, the glassware and the bartenders, so the host never has to mix a drink or hunt for ice. Our portable drink stations suit homes, estates, resorts and private villas across North Kerala, with the same polish as a large event.
Design the party around your venue
Terraces, lawns and living rooms each ask for a different layout. Share photos or dimensions and we suggest how the three modular units should sit, where ice and glassware are staged and how guests approach the bar. The counter assembles in under 10 minutes and the glassware travels in protective packing, so a coastal house or a hilltop villa can be ready before the first guest arrives. For smaller groups we keep the setup compact and the menu short, so conversation stays at the centre of the evening.
Menus with personality
A private party is the best place for a signature menu. Tell us the occasion and the favourite flavours of the host or the couple, and our bartenders build a short list around them. You can choose from our menu of 21 cocktails and mocktails, with Essential Sip from ₹25,000 for an all-mocktail bar and Grand from ₹40,000 for cocktails and mocktails, each for 25 guests and four hours. For a birthday, farewell or bachelor night, live flair bartending adds energy and gives guests something to watch.
Dry hire and responsible service
CASK & Co. provides everything except the alcohol, which the host arranges. We help with the NOC and Kerala Excise FL6 licence and explain current requirements instead of quoting fees that may change. Our certified bartenders serve responsibly, keep the counter clean and the queue moving, and leave you free to enjoy your own party.
Birthdays, farewells and bachelor nights
Different private parties need different energy. A birthday needs colour and a drink named for the celebrant, a farewell needs a relaxed bar that lets people talk, and a bachelor night needs bold signature drinks and a lively bartender. Tell us the mood and the age mix and we adapt the menu, counter style and service pace. Because we are based in Naduvil, Kannur, we can often discuss your plan in person, and we serve villas, resorts and homes across North Kerala. Our packages begin with four hours, and extra hours can be added so the party can run late without the bar closing early.
