Start with the guest count and the timeline. CASK & Co. serves from 25 to 1,000 guests, and our packages begin with four hours of service that can be extended for long receptions. Tell us when guests arrive, when the toast happens and when dinner is served, and we place the counter and the bartenders where the pressure will be highest. A short drinks board, pre-batched signature mixes and enough hands behind the counter keep the queue short, even in the first busy hour. We can also suggest where to position the bar so it supports photographs and the stage without blocking guest movement.
A menu for every guest
Kerala weddings bring together elders, children, teetotallers and friends who want a proper cocktail. Our menu of 21 cocktails and mocktails covers all of them from one counter. Essential Sip is an all-mocktail package from ₹25,000 for 25 guests and four hours, and Grand adds cocktails from ₹40,000. Many couples choose one signature drink named for them, then let guests choose from a short list. Fresh fruit, herbs and clean garnishes give the mocktails the same care as the cocktails, so no guest feels like an afterthought. Live flair bartending can be added as a reception highlight.
Dry hire, licences and responsibility
CASK & Co. is a dry hire service. We provide the counter, glassware, tools, ice handling and trained crew, and the host arranges the alcohol. We help with the event premises NOC and the Kerala Excise FL6 licence, and we guide you through the current requirements rather than guessing at fees that change. Our bartenders serve responsibly and may stop service to a guest who is visibly intoxicated, which protects your family and your guests on a day that matters.
How booking works
Booking is simple. Call or WhatsApp us with your wedding date, venue and approximate guest count. We recommend a package and a menu, confirm the counter layout and help with the NOC and FL6 paperwork. Because our base is in Naduvil, Kannur, families in the district can meet the team before booking. Final details such as service hours, the signature drink and any flair performance are agreed ahead of the day, so on the wedding itself our crew arrives, assembles the counter in under 10 minutes and serves.
