CASK & Co. is led by founder George Thomas with co-founders Amal Shaji and Athil Sabu, all with years of experience in the field.

Our permanent bartenders and flair experts are certified by reputed academies. Most hold a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and/or a diploma in flairing and bartending, and the team has service experience in Kerala and in countries such as Singapore.

The founders
CASK & Co. was founded by George Thomas, supported by co-founders Amal Shaji and Athil Sabu. All three bring years of experience in bartending and events. Founders who still work in the field keep the company honest about what service really demands.
Qualifications that can be checked
Most of our workers hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, a diploma in flairing and bartending, or both. Our permanent bartenders and flair experts are certified by reputed academies. Formal training matters because it teaches measures, hygiene, guest handling and safe service, not only showmanship.
Experience in Kerala and abroad
The team has service records in Kerala and in foreign countries such as Singapore. Working in different markets teaches adaptability: different guest expectations, different venues and different pressure points. That range is why our bartenders stay calm on a crowded wedding night.
Flair as a discipline
Flair bartending is not decoration. It requires practice, balance and safety awareness, because bottles and tins move quickly. Our flair experts perform live at the counter and then return to serving, so the show never delays the drinks. Read more in our flair bartending guide.

A fraternity of bartenders
We believe in building a fraternity of skilled bartenders. We rent our counters and glassware to fellow bartenders at affordable rates, and we value the growth of the profession in Kerala. Read the rental post for details.
Service flow at your event
Before the event, a lead bartender confirms menu, guest count and timing. On the day, the team arrives early, assembles the counter in under 10 minutes, tests glassware and ice, and opens on time. During service, roles are clear. After service, the area is cleared and handed back clean.
